Job Scope

  • Responsible for day-to-day office activities for the Executive
  • Schedule and plan meeting and appointments.
  • Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
  • Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
  • Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons and employee team building activities or special projects
  • Assist designated leaders in expense claim procedure ensuring timeliness and accuracy
  • Engaging with vendors & visitors in office
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Handle conference room booking/meeting space
  • Coordinating travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required


Requirement

  • Prior experience in supporting Executives.
  • Able to accomodate to 6 months contract.
