RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide strategic planning, business advisory, resource management and business intelligence to support the achievement of revenue and profit targets;

  • Commercial Operations – Optimize business performance and drive sustainable growth through strategic planning, streamlining processes, maximizing operational efficiency, and ensuring profitability.
    • Pipeline Management: drive alignment and adoption of standard commercial processes (via sales tool) across geos, via Global Operations Centre of Excellence.
    • Commercial KPIs: establish and track KPIs for operational excellence.
    • Enterprise Sales Tool: guide continued feature enhancements & development, reflecting requirements from Business and operations communities.
    • Client Intelligence: analysis and insights on revenue and profitability trends for key clients by geo.
    • P&L / Cost Management: drive reviews at country level, ensuring that cost is in line with revenue projection, e.g. non-billable resource reviews, discretionary spends.
    • Financial Year Budget: joint leadership of regional strategic budget planning, consolidation, and submission to Group.
  • Resource Management – Harness expertise and innovative solutions to efficiently allocate and manage resources, driving sustainable growth and maximizing value for every engagement.
    • Resourcing Process: standardization of methodology and governance across countries.
    • Resourcing KPIs: establish and track KPIs for resourcing
      , staffing, and mobility.
    • Enterprise Resourcing Tool: guide enhancements and accelerate enterprise-wide adoption of tool and associated processes.
    • Bench Management: drive cross-border collaboration on staffing and mobility for specialist skillsets and resourcing needs.
  • Business Intelligence (BI) – Empowering decision-makers with actionable insights that drive strategic and operational excellence for Capco’s financial health, people and workforce planning.
    • Reporting Platform Management: create global BI dashboards to support local business operations and enable consolidated global oversight.
    • Overall Business KPIs: drive standardization of KPIs across corporate functions, including Sales & Revenue, Account Hygiene, HR & DEI, etc.
    • Enterprise Reports Tool: serve as Product Owner for the overall suite of applications to build and deploy dashboards and reports to enable transparency and effective decision-making across the business.
