KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Development Director will develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market penetration. This role involves conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities. A key focus will be on cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, foreign stakeholders, and partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
In addition, the director will lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to optimize performance and achieve sales targets. Overseeing the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches is essential to effectively communicate our value proposition. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product development, and operations—is crucial to align business development initiatives with overall company goals.
The Business Development Director will represent N8 Global at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Monitoring and reporting on business development performance metrics will also be part of the role, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, tech sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology consultancy services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
