At GetGo, we believe people are our greatest asset. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join our People & Culture team as a Senior Executive, People Operations. Our People & Culture team aims to design policies and practices that are people-centric, providing our people with the right opportunities and resources to excel and thrive.
Day to Day Activities
- Execute day-to-day people operations and processes relating to the full employee life cycle in GetGo, while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Collaborate closely with Business Units to understand business goals and objectives, and align HR initiatives to support these goals
- Conduct employee surveys, compile and analyse HR metrics and reports, and leverage on data to make recommendations to managers and leaders for HR initiatives
- Execute culture and engagement initiatives that align with the company’s mission, values and employee engagement goals, and foster a positive workplace culture
- Support the development and execution of Learning & Development initiatives to support employee growth and development, and foster a learning culture
- Proactively identify ways to enhance and streamline work processes to improve service delivery and efficiency
- Maintain knowledge of HR trends, new technology and best practices to better provide insights to drive innovation and improvements to processes and workflow
- Other ad-hoc duties and HR projects as assigned
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related qualification
- Minimum three (3) years of HR Generalist or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of labour law and regulation
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, G Suite and HRIS
