Responsibilities
- The role will need a combination of skill sets cutting project management, technical knowledge, techno functional and business analysis skills.
- Designing functional technology solutions
- Overseeing development and implementation of programs
- Troubleshooting with difficult technical issues and act as a problem solver for delivery tracks.
- Create and assist in presenting IT solutions related point of views to APAC CIO organization. · Providing technical leadership and support to software development teams
- Understand company needs to define system specifications.
- Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Proficiency with some of the Transaction and Corporate Banking platforms – in areas of Cash Management, Core Banking, Cyber Security, Trade, Digital Channels, Payments, Risk and Compliance, API Microservices, Cloud etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT; Masters preferred etc.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in banking technology.
- Required project experience in one of the below 3 areas – Core Banking / Host to Host / Regional Integration Hub
- Experience working with global & regional banks, with deep understanding of banking technology architecture and solutions.
- Solid technical background, with understanding orhands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Able to demonstrate hands on technology coding experience prior to project management in career.
- Understanding of agile / scrum (preferred with scrum master certifications)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; will be required to create presentation deck
