Responsibilities
• liaison for maintenance and technical support of operations.
• liaison for enforcement and ad-hoc services
• Operation support on backend matters
• conduct ops audit on site and office
• attend and coordinate site meetings with sub-contractors, customers, stake holders.
• generate, compile, manage and provide data study on specific operation needs.
• provide the necessary support to team members (Assistant Operations Manager / Operation Manager)
• must be customer oriented and quality driven.
• willing to take up additional roles when situation arise.
Requirements
• O Level Minimum
• Good verbal and written English competency, additional languages may be a good add-on.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, ETC)
• Minimum 3 years of operations and maintenance experience.
• Office working hours, must be willing and available to be on phone support 24/7, when required.
• Able to attend on and off-site meetings as and when required.
• Possess personal transport (Class 2B/3) preferred.
