Job Title: Sales Manager - APAC Region
Location: Singapore
Travel: 30% (within the APAC region)


Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive business development efforts across the APAC region. This role involves a balanced focus on both farming existing relationships (50%) and hunting new business opportunities (50%) to expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in aerospace sales and be capable of managing complex client relationships while developing new revenue streams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Farming (50%):Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products within the current client portfolio.
    Monitor market trends and client needs to offer tailored solutions.
    Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Hunting (50%):Proactively identify and engage with new business opportunities across the APAC region.
    Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
    Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
    Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on market positioning and ensure competitive advantage.

Products:


The Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of high-tech aerospace solutions, including:

  • Simulation & training systems
  • Inspection & maintenance tools
  • In-flight entertainment and connectivity systems
  • Unmanned systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in aerospace sales, preferably within the APAC region.
  • Strong network and understanding of the APAC aerospace market (airlines, chanel partners and system integrators)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%) within the region.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Based in Singapore.
