UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will collaborate with a Business Analyst and support two development squads working on Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. Your role will involve designing user-friendly interfaces and solution workflows for digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research in collaboration with the Business Analyst to identify user personas and their interaction with products.
- Create and validate user workflows and product wireframes with ‘client units’.
- Design app interfaces and workflows compatible with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Provide developers with prototype app interface layouts and test prototypes at least twice a week to ensure usability.
- Conduct usability testing with ‘client units’.
- Compile actionable feedback for developers to improve app design based on test results.
- Advise developers on ongoing app design improvements for future versions as approved by the Product Manager.
