Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of roles
- Use various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, organize and schedule interviews, and assist in the selection process, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice by attending career fairs, hosting recruitment events, and actively engaging with potential candidates.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
- Maintain positive candidate relationships, providing timely feedback and ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience.
- Any other assigned role
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the engineering industry
