Description of the Role

  • Works with different departments in providing support in all Project related matters in ensuring compliance and in-charge of all Project matters


Key Tasks:

  • Coordinate with various project stakeholders including clients, supervisors, project manager and main office.
  • Prepare project documents and reports submission.
  • Prepare and coordinate with client on project worker site clearance documentation.
  • Supervise and manage projects, work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
  • Manpower Management & Maintaining Manpower Report.
  • Planning and coordination, and execution of matters to shipyard
  • Monitoring records of invoice
  • General administrative related to project.
  • Maintain proper documentation.
  • Other tasks and ad-hoc projects as and when needed.

Requirements:

Education

  • ITE/ Diploma holder.

Knowledge / Experience / Others

  • At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point
  • Good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Independent, team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pandan Loop/ shipyard

Personal competencies

  • Good team player.
  • Able to perform multi-tasking.
