We are looking for a Clinic Assistant who can well verse in Bahasa Indonesia to provide assistance to Indonesian patients, ensuring effective communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Support patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing inquiries.
- Assist in managing patient information and ensuring accuracy in the clinic system.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Requirements:
- With a minimum of N level.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken).
