Work location: CBD area
Working hours: Monday - Friday, flexible hours, 50 to 60 hours per month (Not required to work on weekends)
Salary: $15/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Posting advertisements on Job Portals
- Performing administrative duties pertaining to recruitments, keeping proper accounts and maintaining proper recruitment database
- Shortlisting and contacting all interviews and arranging subsequent interviews with respective managers
- Primarily focusing on sourcing and recruiting suitable Financial Consultant candidates
- Organizing of career talks and seminars
- Creating networks and relationships with various schools, student bodies, associations for recruitment purposes
- Actively sourcing for qualified candidates through various means and sources
- Support any ad hoc recruitment projects as assigned
- Administrative work & follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Graduated from local school Diploma/A Levels/University Degree
- MUST be able to commit for minimally 1 month, convertible to full-time permanent role
