Our client is a dynamic and innovative real estate development firm specializing in retail properties. We are seeking a skilled Retail Leasing to join the team and play a crucial role in driving tenant occupancy and maximizing property revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential retail tenants to fill vacant spaces within the portfolio.
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract high-quality tenants and achieve targeted occupancy rates.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine competitive rental rates and leasing terms.
- Prepare and present leasing proposals to prospective tenants, showcasing the benefits of our properties.
- Negotiate lease agreements, rent terms, concessions, and other leasing-related terms in alignment with company objectives.
- Foster positive relationships with existing tenants, addressing concerns and proactively addressing leasing-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, however Real Estate degrees will be given priority.
- 5+ years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management, preferrably in Retail or Office leasing.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating lease agreements and achieving occupancy targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet leasing goals and deadlines.
- Keen on a farmer role/fully on renewals
