Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the company’s website, ensuring a seamless user experience for students and staff
Create and optimize web-based learning platforms, integrating e-learning tools and content
Implement online enrollment, course booking systems, and student portals with secure access
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and develop landing pages, lead generation forms, and promotional web content
Integrate payment gateways, course management systems, and other third-party applications
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring optimal performance across browsers and devices
Optimize websites for SEO and ensure compliance with web accessibility standards
Monitor and analyze web traffic, suggesting improvements to user interface and engagement
Stay updated with the latest in web development technologies and best practices, especially in the education and training sectors
Ensure web platforms are secure, adhering to data protection and privacy standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Web Developer, preferably within the education or training sector
Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
Experience with web development frameworks
Knowledge of e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and content management systems (CMS)
Familiarity with backend development and database management .
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in building or maintaining platforms for online learning or certification processes
Familiarity with real estate software, training tools, or course management systems
Experience with cloud hosting platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
