Scope of work
- Administrative support to Team and Directors
- Customer Service support (Online, phone call and various applications) Response to enquiry via email, phone call or walk-ins
- Resource administration (inventory + sourcing)
- Quotations & Invoicing via various platforms
- Data Entry and monthly operational reports
- Order processing and arrangement for deliveries
- May need to assist on cashiering at times
- Ad Hoc duties
Requirement
- Proficient in MS Excel, powerpoint and Words
- Customer oriented, Self-organized, Detail, meticulous and careful individuals (Data entry, Errors checking etc), strong work ethic, problem solver and willingness to adapt fast
- Good at organizing things properly
- Good with time management
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Team player with positive attitude
- Speaks and understand English
- Ability to use PS editing software an advantage
- Basic IT and use of social media would be advantages
- 6 days work week
- Daily Working Hours 9am to 7pm (Off on Sunday)
- Required to work during Public Holidays
