Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional consultation for TCM Consultation/Perinatal service and TCM aesthetic Body/Face/Head spa services and packages according to the standards and methods set by the Company.
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their therapy experience.
- Promote personalised and suitable Perinatal treatments and relevant products to customers.
- To meet and achieve sales targets as set by Management and maximise sales opportunities. Follow up on sales enquiries.
- To build rapport with customers to deliver high level of customer satisfaction, growth and retention through passionate interaction with customers.
- Responsible for handling client problems and complaints as professionally as possible or refer to the management committee for discussion.
- To attend to all work-related training sessions provided / organised by the Company.
- To prepare and submit weekly and monthly paperwork to Management in timely and accurate manner.
- Handle basic front desk duties.
- Manage scheduling of appointments.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude, optimistic nature and eager to learn.
- Well-groomed with pleasing personality.
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment is desirable.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Neat and organized with high standard of cleanliness.
- Past experience in clinical/spa/beauty industry is an added advantage.
- Able to work on weekends and public holiday, shift work.
