The Forklift Sales and Rental Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales and rental operations of forklifts and related equipment. This role involves building a team, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the forklift rental and sales market.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Set performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
Rental Operations:
- Oversee the rental fleet, ensuring equipment is well-maintained and ready for rental.
- Develop pricing strategies for rental services that maximize profitability.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:
