· Contribute to the development of recruitment policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance our overall recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a recruiter or in a related role, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in business development, investing, or entrepreneurship.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
