Job Description:
- Provide HR-specific to HR Department and Human Resources Manager
- Handle registration of courses and application of training grants (if applicable)
- Handle employee on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records.
- Process work injury claims.
- Experiences on Screen candidates for interviews and assist in the recruitment process.
- Organize and coordinate company cultural activities and meetings.
Job Requirement:
- Candidates with 2 years of HR experience in Construction Projects will be preferred.
- 5 days work week
- Degree in Business Administration or other associated disciplines
- Independent, ability to communicate effectively, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Meticulous, detailed and able to handle confidential information.
- A team player with initiative and able to work independently.
