Sales Manager

Waste Management Pte Ltd

The Waste Management Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining customer relationships in the waste management sector for battery powered specialized vehicles. This role involves developing new accounts and ensuring that customer needs are met with by using our company’s products and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the waste management sector.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop initiatives to penetrate those markets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs and provide tailored waste management solutions.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for upper management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales trends and customer feedback.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure all sales practices comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Promote safety and sustainability initiatives within sales strategies and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the waste management or environmental services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of waste management regulations and practices is a plus.
