Working days: Tuesday to Sunday
** Overtime pay (1.5x) will be payable for hours worked over 44 hours per week

Requirements:
- Passionate in F&B industry and willing to accept challenges
- No experience required, but having relevant work experience will be an added advantage
- Have basic knowledge of beer, general wine and alcoholic beverages
- Bilingual (communicate in other Asian language will be an advantage)
- Willing and able to work on Public Holidays and weekends
- Service-oriented, proactive, team player and friendly attitude
Job Description:
- Responsible for table cleaning, tableware and table setting (before business starts)
- Responsible for clearing table after guests leave (wipe the table and clear the dishes)
- Greet guests upon arrival and seat them
- Responsible for taking beverage and food orders and ensuring customers are served in a timely manner
- Pay attention to customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service
- Learn about every food & drink so you can make recommendations when needed
- Ensure immediate remedial action is taken to resolve all customer feedback/complaints regarding food products
- Pay attention to details and understand guests’ needs
- Coordinate with colleagues and kitchen chefs/staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene and cleanliness standards required by the NEA
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors and management.
