- Processing orders for all e-commerce platforms eg. Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Tiktok
- Transcribe and segregate orders and in charge of updating spreadsheet for allocation of parcels
- Perform cycle count and physical inventory check
- Reply to all emails & chat enquries within stipulated timing, on all platforms
- Perform loading and unloading of goods. Receive and inspect incoming goods
- Maintain & Perform housekeeping and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Assist on inventory updates weekly, update Excel spreadsheet
- Perform Picking & Packing based on customer order, if required
- Point of contact for Forwarder to confirm on stocks receiving dates
- Creation of invoice for GST draft
- Ensure timest GST and invoice payments
- Other store duties as and when assigned Requirements
