Job Responsibilities:
· Take and carry out instructions from the Superintending Officer
· Supervise and ensure the instructions from the Superintending Officer
· Supervise the execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Contract Specifications, Drawings
· Assist the Superintending Officer, SO Rep and/or SRE/RE in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project
· Attend all site progress, variation, co-ordination and design/technical meetings as required and to keep proper minutes of these meetings, relating to the Project and other duties
· Liaise and co-ordinate with Public Authorities/Statutory Boards/stakeholders and other Consultants employed by Client.
· Assist to resolve all site issues, including coordination with adjacent/ nearby construction sites and report to the supervising Qualified Persons
· Assist the Superintending Officer, SO Rep and/or SRE/RE in the review of Contractor’s proposed method statement and working procedure and to verify that they are properly executed on site.
· Assist the Superintending Officer, SO Rep and/or SRE/RE to verify all variations carried on site.
· Verify all reports and claims submitted by the Contractors.
Job Requirements:
· Minimally a Diploma in any construction-related field from any local or foreign polytechnic.
· The candidate must be a registered Resident Technical Officer with BCA.
· At least two (2) years site supervisory experience in reclamation related projects.
· A minimum of five (5) years of marine related projects or other related working experience may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
· Must be literate in English and have adequate knowledge to use computer, reply to emails, use computer software, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
· At least two (2) years site supervisory experience in land-based construction related projects for projects that require land-based supervision works.

Minimum Qualification Level: Bachelor Degree
Field of Study: Civil Engineering n.e.c. (including construction engineering, construction technology & materials)
Monthly Salary Range (SGD):
· 4.3 to 5k - 3 Vacancies – 5 years
· 5 k to 5.8k - 3 Vacancies – 7 years
· 5.8 k to 6.5 K - 3 Vacancies – 8 Years
