Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between patients, their families, and healthcare providers regarding appointments with doctors and diagnostic services.
- Assist patients with registration processes, billing inquiries, and insurance claims.
- Verify and input patient information accurately into the clinic's system.
- Provide guidance on private health insurance coverage and Medisave requirements to ensure a smooth claims process.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proactive in addressing patients' needs, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve organizational goals.
