Project Manager (Mechanical Trade)
Salary: $6,000 - $7,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Working Days: 6 Days Alternate Saturday Off, 8.45am-6pm
Project Location at Sengkang / Punggol (Government Project, Institution)
We are a main contractor doing mainly on A&A works for institutions, mall or government project.
Project background: This role will be based at site office and the project is a higher institution. It will be north east (Punggol / Sengkang) of Singapore.
Job Scopes:
- Planning, coordinating and supervising construction projects and completing them in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers and other professionals to determine the specifications of the project.
- Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates.
- Overseeing the selection and purchase of materials and equipment needed for construction.
- Ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations, and communicating with regulators and inspectors throughout projects.
- Navigating and resolving any problems that might arise onsite, whether they relate to construction delays, safety concerns or cost overruns.
- Evaluating and managing risk, and periodically reporting the progress of projects to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Able to commit 6 Workdays Alternate Saturday.
- At least 5 years' experience in civil mechanical trade with related project management experience.
