Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
- Support project meetings by organizing logistics, attending, and capturing detailed minutes.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive project documentation, including project scopes, objectives, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, ensuring all key milestones and deliverables are met.
- Gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements, focusing on security, connectivity, and management of applications and workloads within hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Effectively communicate both technical concepts and business insights to diverse audiences.
- Provide assistance in various other project-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in an IT-related discipline.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT, covering system management or project/product management.
- Strong skills in written and verbal communication, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to quickly learn new IT technologies.
- Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
