Marketing & Communications Executive

ABOUT THE JOB

TSMP is looking for a smart, savvy and switched-on marketing communications executive to join our team! This full-time position serves to support our branding and business development efforts. We seek a team player with strong writing skills (journalists, lawyers or those in public relations are welcome to apply!), who is detail-oriented and is comfortable working on several projects simultaneously. You will fulfil the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal

• Conceptualise, create and update the firm’s marketing collaterals
• Assist in creating and editing the firm’s training materials (presentations, videos etc)
• Support our CSR committee, Handprint, in organising and running our annual charity events
• Update our lawyers’ CVs
• Assist the partners in organising and executing business development events

External

• Collating, writing and filing ranking submissions to legal publications
• Creating content and writing for the firm’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram and others)
• Keeping the firm’s website updated
• Organise and execute activities at law careers fairs

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

1. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or media
2. 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing, public relations or media role
3. Experience in managing social media channels, with knowledge of SEOs
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and content creation apps

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills
2. Excellent time management and organisational skills
3. Good interpersonal skills and a team player
4. Resourceful, diligent and well-groomed
