It is an exciting time to join International Orthopaedic Clinic. We are offering an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the team as we expand our Sports Injury services.


Responsibilities

This executive level position will assist the team in the following areas:


Translation


As we see and treat a high volume of athletes from surrounding countries who do not speak English as a first language, knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa dialects is essential.


Administration

· Manage email address and general phone enquiries

· Administer sales and stock items

· Provide administrative support to the Sports Physicians and Orthopaedic Surgeons within the clinic.


Requirements:

Skills & Knowledge

- Diploma or higher qualifications related to Sports Science or physiotherapy

· Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

· Fluency & proficiency in spoken & written English

· Good time-management skills

· Demonstrate ability to plan, organise and deliver excellent work reliably, independently and in a team situation, with attention to detail

· Proficiency with Information Technology and Microsoft Office.


Experience

· Preferably at least 18 months experience working as an adminstrator within a Sports Clinic

· First Aid Qualification
