Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level technical support to employees for hardware and software concerns.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, printers, and network connections.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of IT equipment, including computers, peripherals, and software applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to data security and backup protocols.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a comparable role.
- Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
