- Design and develop the relevant HR Operating Model elements for e.g., HR Service Delivery Model, HR Work Splits, HR Services and Capabilities, Sizing and Capacity Analysis, Team KPI and Metrices, etc.
- Understand the current HR landscape and design a transition plan taking into considerations the dependencies with other ongoing programs and initiatives.
- Support transition initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis to curate innovative and pragmatic HR solutions
- Develop insightful presentation derived from data, trends, and salient point of view.
- Establish relationships with senior leaders to build trust and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with team members, internal and external stakeholders
Experience and Qualifications:
- Min 10 years of experience in: HR Transformation, HR Organisation Design, HR Shared Services Design and Setup, Change Management and Project Management; within Consulting/Banking
- Proven track record in managing the delivery of HR related projects.
- Consulting experience or delivery of strategy and transformation programs in Banking is preferred.
