Get to Know the Role
We are seeking a Finance Executive to assist with the operations of the Central Finance Team. This role will include supporting the team by preparing and compiling relevant information, such as monthly actual sales, inventory, FX information, Forecast Profit and Loss, Budget Sales, SGA, Profit & Loss, Analysis, Cashflow, etc. Additionally, the applicant will also need to prepare relevant PowerPoint slides for the presentation of these information, hence we are looking for a detail-oriented individual with good communication skills.
Essential Responsibilities
· To prepare and compile monthly actual sales, inventory, FX information and a relevant PPT.
· To prepare and compile Forecast Profit and Loss and a relevant PPT.
· To prepare and compile Quarterly Actual SGA, Profit & Loss, Analysis and a relevant PPT.
· To prepare and compile Budget Sales, SGA, Profit & Loss, Analysis, Cashflow and a relevant PPT.
· Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor/manager.
Skills and Competencies Profile
· Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· 1 – 2 years of experience in an audit firm will be an advantage.
