Role Description: We are seeking a full-time Marketing Executive to join our team in Singapore, supporting our Malaysian operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services in the Malaysian market. Your responsibilities will include market research, content creation, social media management, and campaign planning and execution. You will work closely with our sales team and regional marketing team to align strategies and drive business growth.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the Malaysian parenting and baby products industry
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales in Malaysia
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, blog, and website
- Manage and optimize our Malaysian social media presence, engaging with followers and monitoring performance metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and support their business development efforts
- Coordinate with the regional marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across markets
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices, and propose new ideas to continually improve our marketing efforts
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in content creation and social media management
- Analytical and data-driven approach to marketing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Familiarity with the Malaysian parenting and baby products industry is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the Malaysian market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics and social media platforms
- Ability to travel to Malaysia as required
