Salary: Up to $4,500
Working Days: 5 day work week (Mon - Fri), 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location of work: Tuas (Transport allowance $100)

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and Drive First Article Submission for new and existing supplier
- Develop Quality plan such as Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Manufacturing Process Plan (MPP) & Inspection Test Plan (ITP) to new supplier.
- Perform supplier audits such as QMS, Process and HSE. This will involve visit/audit and assessing their capability and FAI.
- Work with Sourcing and Engineering, to engage and educate suppliers/sub - contractors.
- Lead quality performance review
- Worked closely with suppliers, to monitor conduct audit for vendor performance.
- Conduct in process audit and drive for closure of audit findings and continuous improvement and reduction of COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality). Lead the discussion with the suppliers and ensure timely response is executed to deliver result to our internal customers.
- Guide Procurement and team for supplier performance review process.
- Supplier Development.
- Drive for vendor development, identify and develop new special process to meet turnkey objective and reduce lead-time of supplier.
- Analyse supply market.
- Propose and execute creative ways to improve supplier process which creates financial value to the organization.
- Maintain good relationship with stake holders and customer/s
- Maintain good relationship with stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering and Quality.
- Work with cross functional teams in resolution of process and quality issues related to design, application and manufacturing process. Develop quality consciousness and impart application of quality tools such as FMEA, 8D.
- Customer /Third Party Inspection coordinator
- Manage Customer and Third-Party inspection of products/parts.
- Ensure that each Quality Control Plan activity which requires surveillance pointsare monitored and conducted accordingly.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.
- Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.
- Adheres company’s guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.
- Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.
- Support and participate in company-wide or departmental programs such as:
· Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing
· Social Activities
Requirements:
1. Minimum Degree in Technical/Engineering course preferably Mechanical Engineering
2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of working on the same field (Experience in Oil and Gas manufacturing is an advantage)
