About the role:
The Project Administrator/Executive will support the planning, execution, and closing of projects by providing administrative support and coordination. This role involves collaborating with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
• IT/System account creation/administration
• Support the project manager with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Other supporting duties as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in Project admin and coordination
