Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally to engage with our audience.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing goals and brand messaging.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to identify new opportunities for growth and audience engagement.
- Conduct social media listening to track brand mentions, relevant hashtags, and industry conversations, providing insights for strategy improvement.
- Manage community engagement by participating in discussions, handling user-generated content, and coordinating contests or campaigns.
- Work with internal teams (such as design and sales) and external partners, including influencers, to source content and maintain consistent brand representation.
- Keep up with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media tools, proposing innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience managing social media platforms and executing strategies for brands or organizations.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms, best practices, and algorithms.
- Proficiency with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
