Job Description
- Draft and coordinate circulation of minutes, directors’ resolutions and shareholders’ resolutions.
- Maintain statutory registers and other corporate records and ensure that they are properly organized and stored.
- Prepare and submit statutory filings in multiple jurisdictions.
- Engage with local agents.
- Ensure group companies’ compliance with applicable corporate laws and monitor regulatory developments impacting corporate compliance.
- Provide support in dealing with KYC requests.
- Develop and recommend improvements to policies and procedures relating to corporate compliance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Classify and archive controlled documents (physical and electronic) pursuant to the group's document management requirements.
Required Qualification
- Degree in Law, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably with a corporate service provider or a similar in‐ house role with multi‐jurisdictional experience.
- Good knowledge of statutory filings and regulatory compliance in offshore jurisdictions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
