Job Summary
As the Corporate Sales Manager at Aqua Green Singapore, you will be responsible for managing and growing our top strategic accounts, delivering tailored solutions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
This person should be able to speak confident Business English, and proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage for communicating with international clients, suppliers, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Develop deep understanding of customers' businesses, industries, and strategic goals.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand our footprint within key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated, value-added solutions.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Actively prospect and pursue new opportunities within the assigned key accounts.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to decision-makers.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular updates and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales
- Minimum 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the FMCG, Trade, Hotel, Supermarket field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs
- Adaptable to changing market conditions with a solutions-oriented mindset
