Key Responsibilities:
1. Microsoft 365 Administration:
- Administer and support all aspects of the Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Manage identity and access control using Azure Active Directory and other security tools.
- Configure and maintain M365 compliance and security settings (Data Loss Prevention, Conditional Access, etc.).
2. Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management:
- Configure, deploy, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
- Develop and enforce policies for security, compliance, and endpoint management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, app deployment, and configuration profiles.
3. Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI):
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot custom PowerApps applications to automate business processes.
- Design workflows using Power Automate to optimize internal processes and integrate with other M365 services.
- Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting on M365 platform usage, security, and compliance.
4. Collaboration Tools (Teams Administration):
- Administer Microsoft Teams, managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and Teams environments.
- Support the implementation of governance, lifecycle, and retention policies for Teams and other collaboration tools.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Proactively monitor the M365 environment for performance, compliance, and security issues.
- Generate reports on usage, incidents, and compliance using Power BI and built-in M365 tools.
Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide tier 2/3 support for issues related to Microsoft 365, Intune, Power Platform, and related tools.
- Work closely with the service desk to resolve escalated incidents and manage service requests.
Documentation & Training:
- Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and end-user training materials.
- Conduct periodic training sessions for end users and junior IT staff on new M365 features and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as an M365 Administrator role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
- Practical knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of Azure Active Directory, identity management, and security protocols.
- Hands-on experience in managing devices via Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Certifications:
Must hold at least one of the following:
- Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: M365 Fundamentals or higher
