- To assist WSHO/ECO in administrating and implementing company’s HSE management system and procedure
- Ensure procedures are updated with latest codes of practice and government legislation
- Ensure the effective implementation of risk and environmental impact assessment, and follow up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to company ISO, OHSAS and policy
- To assist WSHO/ECO in conducting accident / incident investigations and recommendation on corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- To assist WSHO in developing HSE in-house training and promotional programmes.
- Assist WSHO/ECO in generating audit evidence in terms of documentation or photos
- Able to guide and lead / coordinate all subcontractors to ensure safe working conditions
- Review and comment subcontractor’s submittals
- Prepare safety documents and reports where necessary
- Conduct safety training for subcontractors
