Finance Clerk

We are looking for a self driven individual for our korean brand concept to spearhead our book-keeping and receivables, payables.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting systems and spreadsheets.
  • Invoice Management: Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices to ensure timely payments.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments and manage accounts payable/receivable functions.
  • Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial accounts.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized financial records and files.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and summaries for management review.
  • Assistance: Provide support to the finance team and assist with audits as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is an advantage but not always required for entry-level positions.
