Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of automotive technicians, service advisors, and support staff. Provide guidance, set performance expectations, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing the quality of service, addressing customers' concerns or complaints, maintaining open lines of communication with customers and meeting contract KPIs.
- Monitor work progress and make adjustments to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the service facility to create a safe and professional environment.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 year in relevance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
- Problem-solving, Communication skills, Leadership skills, Technical Proficiency.
Qualifications & Certifications Required
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in automotive or related field is prefered
