Job Scope:
- Design, develop and manage study visits and training programmes for international delegates of the assigned countries/region
- Conduct research on regions, countries and institutions
- Network and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and clients
- Involvement in administrative duties, project management and business development work
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the field of Learning and Development preferred.
- Open to fresh grads of high calibre, with relevant L&D/International Relations/Political Science/Chinese Studies work experience or qualifications.
- Confident, diplomatic, and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest and knowledge of Singapore Government and current affairs.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work collaboratively and with external partners.
- Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands.
- Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Customer-focused.
