Job Description:


Production Planning & Scheduling:

  • To manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including production processes, and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
  • To schedule the maintenance of tools and equipment to support production plans
  • To ensure proper functioning of production machine and identify the repair needs and routine maintenance of production equipment
  • To organized & upkeep all production & administration documents for traceability & record.

Staff Management:

  • To communicate regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
  • To lead and motivate the production/warehouse team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and morale.

Quality Control:

  • To ensure all production processes meet quality standards, implementing control measures to maintain consistency.

Process Improvement:

  • To identify and implement efficiency-boosting improvements, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance productivity.

Safety & Compliance:

  • To oversee day-to-day activities on the production floor
  • To ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, implement safety protocols and procedures, and promote a culture of safety within the production workplace.

The successful candidate will be a demonstrated self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach, possessing excellent interpersonal, decision making, teamwork & communication skills


Required skills/abilities:

  • Possess a Nitec/Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Good to have relevant working experiences in production/manufacturing field
  • Industry/ Organization Type: Workshop & Manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • At least 2 years and above of relevant work experience is required for this role.
