ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
· Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution using SAP REFX
· At least 10-12 years of hands-on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting, and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs.
· Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues in required area of specialty
· Team management and project management skills are a good advantage
- 10-12 years of experience in SAP with deep expertise in SAP REFX (Real Estate Management).
- Proven track record as an SME in SAP REFX, having led 4-5 end-to-end SAP REFX implementations.
- Solid understanding of real estate and lease management processes including contract management, asset management, property management, and leasing.
- Experience with IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance and implementation of leasing standards.
- Strong knowledge of integration points between SAP REFX and other modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PM).
- Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, blueprinting, data migration, and testing.
- Ability to engage with key stakeholders, manage client relationships, and provide strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage full lifecycle implementations of SAP REFX, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
Design and implement solutions that address complex real estate management processes within the SAP REFX module.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in real estate business processes like lease-in, lease-out, contract management, and asset management.
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on SAP REFX functionalities, particularly in relation to IFRS 16/ASC 842.
Perform detailed analysis of business processes and develop optimized solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI, CO, PM, SD) to ensure seamless integration of SAP REFX with other SAP modules.
Deliver comprehensive functional and technical specifications for all REFX-related developments and enhancements.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for successful on-time delivery.
Conduct user training, system testing, and UAT to ensure end-users are equipped with the knowledge to operate the system effectively.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for any issues arising after go-live.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for all configurations and business process
