- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards. Conduct regular training and performance evaluations.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
- Product Quality: Ensure that all bubble tea beverages and food items meet our quality standards. Monitor preparation processes and maintain consistency.
- Sales & Marketing: Assist with implementing promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales and attract new customers. Contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience and shop environment.
- Administrative Duties: Manage cash register, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and keep records of sales and expenses.
