You will be working with one of the major IT Consulting companies in Singapore to deliver advanced ICT solutions and services to their clients in public sector.


Your new role

As IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Scope, plan, and manage projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality.
  • Provide project management expertise and lead key project work streams, following the full project life cycle and project governance processes
  • Coordinate project activities among functional and technical team members and consultants.
  • Establish and maintain risk assessment to identify and assess the material risks that arise in their area of responsibility
  • Build and maintain relationships across the organization to facilitate achievement of strategic goals throughout the project lifecycle.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, computer engineering or another closely related discipline.
  • Proven track record and experience in supporting government or public sector related IT projects is a must.
  • At least 5 – 10 years of IT application project management experience in Agile or Hybrid methodology.
  • Vendor and contract management experience is highly desirable.
  • Technical understanding of cloud services such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
  • PMP or Scrum certification will be added value.
  • A proven track record of managing government/complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
