Operations Executive | Airfreight | Up to $2.8k | Changi
Working Day: Monday - Friday 9 am – 6 pm / 10 am – 7 pm
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Salary: $2200 – 2800
Job Description
- Daily Operations for Air Freight
- Execute full set of AWB/BL / Import/Export Custom Clearance / Invoicing / Verification of vendor costings / Sending pre-alerts to oversee offices/agents etc
- Coordinate bookings of Air cargo with partners & vendors
- Arrangements of cargo collection and deliveries with transporters/hauliers
- Timely response for all enquiries with accuracy
- Communicate and coordinate with each stake holder for efficient execution of shipments
- Managing Warehouse – Forklift usage
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- Any other duties as per requirement and assigned
job Requirements
- Minimum 3 to years of working experience handling Air Freight Operations and documentations
- With Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain is preferred
- With forklift license is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
