As a HR Executive, you will be responsible to provide the following HR services and overall HR administrative support including but not limited to HRG Division.



Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process as well as onboarding/offboarding arrangements, etc.

• In charge of monthly payroll processing for Singapore office, timely CPF submission, relevant payroll report preparation, and income tax declaration

• Manage employee benefits program to ensure cost efficiency & market competitiveness

• Support in data preparation and analysis for annual performance & salary increment cycle & bonus payout

• Manage the recreational budget and liaise with Admin team for company events planning & execution

• Prepare annual HR budget & salary forecast

• Responsible for Expat Management (work pass application, income tax declaration, housing related support, salary/medical/educational related submission required by HQ, etc.)

• Liaise with external government agencies such as MOM, IRAS, CPF, etc. and manage internal employee communication

• Support logistics arrangement of organizing company virtual / physical meeting (e.g RHQ meeting) / corporate events / exhibitions, etc.

• Support for Business Continuity Plan, Safe Management Measures in Workplace monitoring to ensure compliance under statutory requirement

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD



Qualifications:

• Minimum Degree specialized in business administration, HR Management or relevant field

• Certification as IHRP- Certified Associate or Certified Professional


Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a HR generalist experience, preferably in industrial / engineering / manufacturing industry

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience working with Japanese companies will be advantageous

• Well-versed in HR management system (Times Software, SAP Success Factor) and MS office application software
