Responsibilities:
· A degree, preferably in engineering or IT
· Proven working experience in PMO
· Possess past software delivery experience as a PM or Scrum Master, with good understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management
· Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful initiatives outcomes
· Process oriented, with good documentation and strong collaboration skills
· Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
· Support team members to meet overall team objectives and not just as an individual
· Able to quickly build rapport with stakeholders, seniors, peers, juniors and vendors
· Learn quickly, be adaptable, flexible and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing context of a growing organization
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential)
· Proven, hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence ecosystem as administrator or power use
· Bonus point: Experience with data analysis. Ability to build automation scripts around project management data analysis.
