Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily visits to assigned retail outlets and other necessary locations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with managers and staff at retail stores.
- Collaborate closely with retailer/store personnel to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Learn and understand the various Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows of retailer/store teams.
- Coordinate activities with retailers/stores, including regular promotions, space buys, roadshows, sampling sessions, and festive events.
- Execute merchandising, display, and promotional plans in accordance with our merchandising standards.
- Replenish stock from cold rooms or back stores to the sales floor and freezers as needed.
- Assist in improving planograms and maintaining optimal product facings for our items.
- Propose and implement specific in-store promotions or trade plans when opportunities arise.
- Monitor and report on the competitive landscape of our products.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required
Key Requirements :
- Minimum GCE "O" / "N" Level certificate or higher.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; candidates with knowledge of the Retail or FMCG industries will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel to various locations daily.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Must have own transport.
